ConnectALL Version Support Policy

This policy details the support available from ConnectALL for new, current, old and obsolete versions of 3rd Party Vendor Products for which ConnectALL provides an adapter.

Generally, ConnectALL adapters function properly and are supported with the currently released version of ConnectALL.  Older versions of ConnectALL may not support a specific adapter or a specific version of a vendor product. Please review specific ConnectALL adapter documentation to determine whether a specific configuration is supported.

Support for New Versions

ConnectALL makes every effort to support new versions of supported 3rd party vendor products within 6 months of release by the vendor.

Support for Current Versions

Once support for a new version is available, that version becomes the current version.  ConnectALL will support current versions of 3rd party vendor products as long as they are supported by the vendor.

Support of Older Versions

Once a version is superseded by a newer version, it becomes an older version of the product.  Older versions of the product are supported with the ConnectALL version that was current when the older version of the adapter was released.  New versions of ConnectALL may require updating to a newer version of a 3rd party vendor product.  Check release notes to find out whether older versions of a vendor product are compatible with a newer version of ConnectALL.

Support of Obsolete Versions

Once support for a version of a 3rd party vendor product is completely dropped, including any Extended Support periods, by the vendor, ConnectALL support for that version is dropped.

Withdrawing Support for a Specific Version

ConnectALL may, in its sole discretion, withdraw support for a vendor product version at any time by providing one (1) year prior notice.
