IBM RTC URL should be configured with the port information – http://localhost:9443. If the RTC server is connected to the cloud environment, the root of the cloud has to be provided in the cloudbase text box. For example, if the URL of the cloud server is https://jazz.net/sandbox-ccm, then, the URL of the RTC should be provided as https://jazz.net/ and the cloudbase should be sandbox-ccm.

Status of a Work Item cannot be Updated due to the restriction in the RTC API.
