Why JIRA service no longer starts when ConnectALL is installed on the same server where JIRA is installed, even when JIRA and ConnectALL runs in different port?

CATALINA_HOME environment variable is needed only to start the ConnectALL tomcat service. After starting the ConnectALL tomcat service, please delete this environment variable and then start JIRA service. By doing this both ConnectALL and JIRA will start and run without issues.

In the next upgrade of ConnectALL, again configure the CATALINA_HOME environment variable and then upgrade.
